Terry Brandt, Executive Director
Terry L. Brandt is the founding Executive Director for Albina Opportunities Corporation. Mr. Brandt has over 30 years of experience specializing in commercial real estate investment and development, project management consulting, and entrepreneurial small business growth. He is a graduate of Seattle University and has been a life-long resident of the Pacific Northwest. He has been active as a board member and an advisor for a number of organizations throughout his career that support community sustainability and small business development.
Kristin Liebowitz, Business Services Coordinator
Kristin Liebowitz supports Albina Opportunities Corporation’s growing community of business owners, business advisors, community partners and Board of Directors in her role as Business Services Coordinator. Kristin’s career experience includes marketing research, direct marketing, energy efficiency utility program implementation and nonprofit strategic planning. Kristin earned her undergraduate business administration degree from Truman State University and her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
